ABOUT THE BOOK:
Meredith Jensen has seen her share of ups and downs. She’s found love twice already and lost it in spectacularly traumatic ways. Now? She just wants a peaceful life, free from love and drama. Meredith’s plans for the future center around planning other people’s weddings and her new online dating website. Just because she works to help other people find love doesn’t mean she wants any part of it though. Unfortunately for Meredith’s plans, Asher Murphy is determined to get her to give love another chance. But then again, so is Pule Matafeo. Meredith has never denied that she’s stubborn and feisty so it might take the combined forces of all their friends in Fircrest to get her heart back on track in time for Valentine’s Day.
MY THOUGHTS:
These Fircrest books keep getting better and better! I had a
binge reading weekend and read 3 of them! Meredith needed her own story.....
After all she put herself through for Kam it was only fair that she have her
own story. She is so hard headed though I wasn't sure if she was going to get
her happy ending. It takes a lot of effort to learn to open ones heart to other
people after being hurt and that is just what she has to learn to do. After Ivy
and Cleo Asher was due for a happy ending as well. He seems like such a great
guy in the other books even though he is kind of spoiled that I wanted to see
them together. They end up going into business together and open an online
dating service. How can you expect other people to fall in love around you when
you are still figuring it out yourself. They definitely had their work cut out
for them. I love that it ends on Valentine’s day because that is my wedding
anniversary so that day is extra special to me!! I love how these stories come
together and the more you read the more you fall in love with the town of
Fircrest! Shannon Guymon is awesome! Read all her books, I am slowly working
towards that myself!
