The Corporate Groom (Billionaire Marriage Brokers) by Lucy McConnell

ABOUT THE BOOK:
Kensington Donegal is in trouble. Her father is dying and her sisters are plotting against her to sell off the family ice cream business—a business that has made them all billionaires. The position of CEO will be decided by a vote and her sisters' two votes will cancel out her one—unless she gets married. In desperation she turns to her aunt, Pamela Jones, who is an experienced match maker for the wealthy. Kensington counts on Aunt Pamela to find the type of husband that will get her the vote and secure her position as CEO. What she wasn’t counting on was Nash Westport’s immovable moral compass. He won’t vote for her unless she can prove she’s the best woman for the job.

Nash isn’t about to give away his chance at redemption—not for a big paycheck and certainly not for a pretty face. Kensington certainly is beautiful and her ability to command a room is unquestionable. What Nash has to worry about, is her ability to take command of his heart. He needs to be a stand-up guy and shake off the dust of his misdeeds so he can regain his family’s trust and earn a new reputation.

When the vote for CEO is cast, and Nash is once again portrayed as the bad guy, he finds that he doesn’t care as much about his reputation with the business world as he does for his relationship with Kensington. The problem is, he may have already lost her.

Kensington doesn’t know what to think of the man she married. For a mail-order groom, he turned out to be surprisingly tender, big-hearted, handsome, and a pain in the backside. Kensington is forced to choose between her family’s legacy and her temporary husband. She’ll have to gamble one of them or lose them both—and her dreams—forever.

MY THOUGHTS:
I missed this series it is one of my all time favs and this book did not disappoint. I loved Nash and Kenzi. They are so great together and are able to complete each other weaknesses the way every good marriage should. I also loved that things didn’t go as planned, such is life. We need more from this series ðŸ˜¬ðŸ˜¬

The Resilient Bride by: Lucy McConnell

ABOUT THE BOOK:
Enjoy This Heartfelt Romance From Bestselling Author Lucy McConnell.

Liam Bernhard has climbed Egyptian pyramids, skydived, searched for sunken treasure, reached high camp on Mount Everest, and paddle boarded in Antarctica. He has one final wish before he dies; he wants to be married. With time running short, he hires Pamela Jones to find him a bride.
Kiera Martin has done the Billionaire Marriage Brokers arrangement once before and it didn’t turn out well. She left her verbally abusive husband and BMB behind to nurse her mom through cancer treatments—expensive cancer treatments. Three years later, with few financial options left, still carrying baggage from her first marriage, and her mom in remission, Kiera gives Pamela one more chance.
What she thinks will be the fast road to debt reduction turns out to be the hardest path she’s ever trod as Liam’s diagnosis looms over their every minute together. He showers her with enough love to last eternity, which is good because eternity may be all they have to look forward to. In order to find her happy ending in a world where sorrows outweigh the joys, Kiera must learn how to live in the moment, cherish every good gift, and love like she was dying.

MY THOUGHTS:
Wow! This is a book full of emotions. I loved it so much! You can really tell that the Author poured her whole heart into this book. It really is amazing! Be prepared to be pulled in to the book, the characters and their story. It was such a mix of happy, sad, love and  even desire on so many levels. I found myself feeling connected to Kiera and Liam and wanted to see their happily ever after. This book will pull on your heartstrings but it's totally worth it. Another awesome addition the the BMB series. I love them all!

The Protective Groom by: Lucy McConnell

ABOUT THIS BOOK:
Noah Baker is about to meet the toughest woman in Texas—right before he marries her.
Harley Wilson, of the Texas Wilsons, is being stalked by an unscrupulous creeper who is intent on doing her harm. In order to protect herself, Harley asks Pamela Jones to find her a groom. She needs someone who can hold his own in a firefight and happily sign annulment papers when this nightmare is over.
Noah Baker thinks he’s hit the jackpot as a Billionaire Marriage Brokers’ groom. The position is the perfect opportunity to move forward and put the past behind him once and for all. However, Noah must dig into his training as a police officer and doing so brings up demons he buried two years ago when he left the force.
Time runs short for Noah as his list of suspects grows to include an almost fiancé, a twisted cousin, and Harley’s step-brother. With Harley’s father breathing down his neck, Noah finds himself falling for Harley in a way that makes this assignment as personal as—well, marriage.

MY THOUGHTS:
I knew when I was ready to start this book I needed to set everything aside for a binge read. I love these books so much I can never put them down. Luckily, my house was already pretty clean before I started lol. I LOVED Noah and Harley's story. We had already fallen in love with Noah from The Country Bride book and it was so great to see him get his own story. Noah didn't leave a very good first impression but his charm changed that quickly. I love the fun and lightheartedness these clean romance books offer. They are one of my favorite series for sure! All her bookS are a must buy for me! Great job as always Lucy!
