Falling for Lucy: Heather B Moore

This was such a cute novella. I loved the Falling for series this was a great addition! Lucy and Adam are so cute together. Who wouldn’t want a part time job working in a bookstore? Then to have a cute boss to top it off! When I read this one it was part of the With a Kiss Anthology I cant wait to read the rest of those novellas there is an amazing line up of Authors in that book!

Origami Girl by; Danyelle Ferguson

I loved this one. We all need someone to pull us out of our doom and gloom. Jojo and Weston were the perfect fit complementing each other’s personalities. You couldn’t help but to fall in love with them. I loved their story and this Author. I look forward to reading more from her.

MY THOUGHTS:This was such a cute story! I was about two insecure people trying to overcome their own short comings to be able to learn love each other. When love comes before they expected they both become skiddish and run from each other. We all do that in life don't we? This was a great reminder of many life lessons. Great job Rachelle!

A Brand New Second Chance by Lucy McConnell

Loved Carter and Abigail's story. Carter knew for so long what he wanted he was wasn't brave enough to go for it. Abigail as only know one life and now she just needs to start things over. This was a great start to the set of second chance love. Cant wait to see what is next!

A Perfect Fit by Janette Rallison

This was such a fun story! I loved the banter between JoJo and Wyatt. This Author always has a lot of fun humor in her books. I also like how the characters from the other stories make some appearances in this one. It makes reading about the town even more fun.

Almost Home by Heather Tullis

I really liked this one! I love getting a better look into more people in town and I like it when the other stories intertwine. I loved Damon and Haley’s story. They met in High School but never got the chance at a relationship. This second chance romance story is so much fun!

Change of Plans by Cami Checketts

Cami is my favorite I love all her books! Kaitlyn and Mason are characters we have seen and fallen in love with over the course of these books. Although I loved their story in the past everyone deserves to find their happily ever after and I really loved getting to know Kaitlyn a lot better in this story. I think it’s my favorite so far! Love this series and the town!

Coming Home to Love by Rachelle J. Christensen

Laney and Billy had such a great story. They started out as childhood friends and then High School sweethearts. After parting and then reuniting years later they aren’t too excited about rekindling any type of relationship. It was a fun read and a great finish to the second chance kisses series. I really liked it! I found myself connecting with the characters and routing for a happily ever after!

MY THOUGHTS:
This was such a cute story. It was one I needed to hear I don't do very well with forgiveness it is a lessen I am still trying to work on. I loved Audrey and Troy's story. It is important for us all  to realize people can change and we should always give someone a chance. I'm not much of a dog lover but I really enjoy this series of books anyway!

MY THOUGHTS:
*big sigh* I loved this one so much! The time and effort the Author put into World War II research is evident. You can almost feel yourself go back in time while reading this book. I loved getting more insight into the lives of these characters you see in the first book. The struggles that Sophie has as a widow and young mother are so real. I love that Leland had made up his mind to make the needed changes in his life and wanted them to include Sophie. He was willing to be patient with her even when his own fears sometimes got in the way. This book had all the emotions any good book should have it makes you want to scream, cry and jump for joy. It is truly amazing you don't want to miss it!

MY THOUGHTS:
This book is awesome! My husband's goal this year has been to lose weight and become healthier and he is doing really well. He has followed a lot of these same steps. I think I having a support system is huge and I love that the Authors wrote this as a husband and wife team and that they are there for each other. I love that his book has so much personal technique and perspective and it's not all just research because I think that is a huge key to success. Losing weight isn't only about diet and exercise and they really go into depth about other changes that will help keep you successful after the first initial jump start into a healthier life. It is an amazing self-help book! I look forward to seeing more from these two!

MY THOUGHTS:

My Fair Lacey by Janette Rallison 

My Fair Lady is my favorite classic story. I LOVED this modern twist it so much. What a fun read! It is amazing what some nice clothes, a good hair style and better speech and do to make you feel better about yourself. When you self confidence goes up people are going to notice and that is exactly what happened here. I loved the ending as well. That is a new twist to the original story! 

You’ve Got Email by Heather Tullis 

This was such a fun novella. I loved getting to read Bret and Maria's story! Sometimes it is easier to communicate in writing. With technology the way it is these days and most people literally carry a computer around in their hand so a story about online chatting is perfect! Sometimes it's easier to show ourselves better when we aren't face to face. I have some friends that met online and thing have worked out great for them! I am glad that did in this case too. I love a good happily ever after! 

The Princess Bride of Riodan by Rachelle J. Christensen 

This was such a cute story. I know a lot of people have a fantasy about finding a real Prince but I have never felt that way Haha. I couldn't live that kind of life but it was fun to read about for sure! And in all honesty I have never read or seen the Princess bride. I guess I should probably do that sometime...... I would love the excuse to move to a tropical island though, I am still trying to figure that one out! Great addition to the set!

My Best Man’s Wedding by Cami Checketts 

This one was awesome! It's a twist on The movie "My Best Friend's Wedding" and the Author does a great job at making it her own. Jessica has so much going for her but I think her confidence is lacking a little when she is trying to use her past as a fallback instead f moving forward with her life. Gentry was my favorite in this story. A confident go getter that knew what he wanted! Loved it. Another great story! 

While You Were Skiing by Lucy McConnell

*Sigh* This one was my favorite of the set. I loved that it was the same story line as While You were sleeping but that the author put her own twist on it. I don't want to spoil it but it was a really good change from the original story. What an amazing ending to a great book!

MY THOUGHTS:
Loved this fast paced novella it was full of suspense. I can't even fathom the horror of someone taking your car with your kids in it. I don't it does happen on rare occasion though. This book has some surprises and was a fast afternoon read but totally worth it. This book should make the Momma Bear in all of us go give your kids a big hug and remember even on the tough days it is worth having them around. It was fun to be able to sit near my sick kiddo and read. Great job again Rachelle!

MY THOUGHTS:
Loved this quick read novella. It was full of mystery, suspense and romance! Jillian was a landscaper at a city park and had no clue it had ties to a murder. She and Travis start  a relationship quickly and set out developing their friendship all while trying to solve his brother's murder. It's a fun afternoon read. Loved it! Great job Rachelle!

The Kiss Thief by Rachelle J. Christensen 
This was such a cute story! I was about two insecure people trying to overcome their own short comings to be able to learn love each other. When love comes before they expected they both become skiddish and run from each other. We all do that in life don't we? This was a great reminder of many life lessons. Great job Rachelle!

The Lion, The Witch, and the Library by Lucy McConnell
I loved this one! Jennifer and Kirke were made for each other. Best friends long before a serious relationship bloomed which is how it should be! The best relationships come from being best friends in my opinion. This was an awesome addition to the set! 

The Last of the Gentlemen by: Cami Checketts
I loved this one so much! Being a single Mom is hard. Trying to keep all your kids happy as well as your self, while still doing everything, is exhausting. I know from experience because my hubs is gone A LOT and I play this role nearly everyday. Emma needed a guy like Chayton in her life to help keep things balanced and to love her AND all her baggage. All the lacrosse stuff was great too. I know that is a big part of the Authors life which makes the story that much better. I love a great happily ever after! Another great one Cami! 

Much Ado About A Kiss by: Heather Tullis
Fay reminds me so much of me. I am not a forgiving person at all. Once you are on my bad side it's near impossible to change my mind about you. I needed to hear this story this week. I think it was meant just for me... I loved Fay and Austin's story it was awesome. They come from a long history with a lot of misunderstanding. It was so fun to watch them try to build a new and better relationship. This story brought on a lot of thinking material for me...Great job Heather!

Pride and Persuasion by Connie E. Sokol
I thought this was such a cute story. Armand and Lindy found each other when they both needed someone the most. I love how their personalities complimented each other and they made such a great team. That is so important in any relationship. This was a great conclusion to another awesome set of books! Great job!

MY THOUGHTS:
*Sigh* This book was sooooo good I'm kind of sad I'm finished with it. I loved it so much and it isn't very often that you end a book with a giant sigh. The story of the magical music box was so awesome. It all started with a young newly wed couple and then moved on to touch various other people's lives. I loved all the stories. Obviously Evelyn's was the best and the main focus I was so happy with the final ending of her story but I won't ruin it here.. You'll have to read it to find out. I kind of wish there would have been an epilogue to all the stories but I understand that it was really mostly about Evelyn. Rachelle did an amazing job writing this story! I highly recommend it. I'm still on a book high from reading and don't know what else to say but trust me it's amazing!

MY THOUGHTS:
I LOVED this book! You know when you read and then finish a book that was so good you sigh because you loved it so much and your sad it's over? Well, that was me with this book! Rachelle did such a great job with this story. I promise you'll fall in love with the characters and the setting. Hawaii has never been at the top of my bucket list but after this book I think someday I'll have to give it a try. This is an awesome book about relationships, trust and happiness. Can't wait to read more from Rachelle!

MY THOUGHTS:
I LOVED this book! This one is a page turner and like the others it will having you guessing till the end. I love all the little craft tips she puts between the chapters they are fun to see and it helps you connect with the characters in the story even more. I really love this series and it is great to see the main characters story lines becoming even more clear with each book. I love to see them starting to focus on their own happily ever afters like the wedding planning business they run! Great job Rachelle can't wait for more!

MY THOUGHTS:
I loved this book. How awesome would be to to get to go on "vacation" for work! Adri gets to fly to Hawaii for the upcoming wedding she is planning. She finds a dead body, she meets a gorgeous 'local', she gets to experience a lot of things she normally wouldn't. All while be threatened, and almost killed a few times. It seems like nothing is meant to go her way but she still has a great time and earns the attention of 2 great guys! (I chose my favorite guy early on! I won't spoil it by telling you who she picks but I was happy with her choice). This book has romance and action and adventure! I loved it, can't wait for number 3 in a few weeks!

I loved this story. It was so fun, playful, and festive. What a great way to start out the set of novellas! If you are a big chocolate or Christmas fan then this is definitely one for you!  All of Lucy's books have me hooked from the first page and I don't want to put them down until I'm done. Christmas Makeover By: Cami Checketts This story had me bawling like a baby at the end. It was such a sweet story. Chelsea reminded me a lot of me. I've never been one  into dressing up or makeup and all that really girly stuff. And I have always loved basketball. My hubs is like Drew and always has accepted me for who I am and loved me anyway :) I love Cami's books I always feel I can relate to them and she pulls me in. It makes it so great because I feel I can connect so well with the characters. As always Cami great job!  Hope for Christmas By: Rachelle J. Christensen Keeping the true meaning of Christmas in check is so important to me. I raised my kids without the belief in Santa to make sure that the true meaning of Christmas is remember every year. I loved this story especially the ending and the lessons learned. I'm reading this mid-October but this was a good story to help me remember to stay focus on what's really important in this upcoming holiday season! This was my favorite line and perfect ending for this story, "God loved her, and He sent her someone at Christmas—the time of the Savior’s birth to open her eyes and give her hope for Christmas." Soda Fountain Christmas by: Connie E. Sokol  What a great story about 2 people who realize they can't live apart. I love how Keira and Tayton are always building each other up and helping each other out. That is what great relationships are made of! This was a great addition to this set of books! One Winter Night by Heather Tullis  This was another great story. I have read a lot from Heather and always love her stuff. My favorite line from this story was, "Nothing really great, really worthwhile, happens without hard work.” I didn't feel like the one had as many ties into the characters of the other stories and I could even remember the main characters mentioned in the other books but I still loved it and it was a good ending to an awesome set of books by great Authors!

 MY THOUGHTS:

I loved this book. First off, I enjoyed how she incorporated a craft with every chapter. Besides reading, crafting is another of my hobbies. It was fun to see Rachelle's ideas and to look her up on Pinterest and the Internet. I loved the mystery and suspense of this book. It will keep you guessing to the end. Adri had a rough past year and the hits just keep on coming. You find yourself hoping she will get her happily ever after! It was a great book! Can't wait to read the next one!
