Rescued By Love (Park City Firefighter Romance) by: Cami Checketts

ABOUT THE BOOK:
Captain Cameron Compton is content with his job as a firefighter and coaching a youth lacrosse team. He doesn’t need or want anything else in his life. Then a tall blonde schoolteacher parks her Jeep illegally in front of a fire hydrant, and one of his crew soaks it with water. Repentant but un-intimidated, she fires back at him, and he’s pulled in by her spunk.

Sage Turner has wished her entire life that she could shrink to a normal-sized woman. She hides her insecurities pretty well, but when she falls for a hot firefighter, she’s certain she’ll never be good enough.

Stranded together at her cabin, sparks start to fly, and Sage barely suppresses the urge to kick him out in a snowstorm.
A fire and a moose attack should bring them together, but instead, they might sever any hope of being rescued from the flames or loneliness.

MY THOUGHTS:
I've been a firefighter's wife for a really long time so to read a romance novel based on a Firefighter romance was a little weird at first but I really loved the story line! Sage and Cam have great chemistry together and I love the bits of humor throughout. Living this life isn't always an easy one but great books always make life easier. If you haven't given this series a chance you should. It will give you a glimpse on a really small scale of what this life is really all about. Plus this is Another great one by my Favorite Author!

Caitlin avoids the man him like the plague despite the fireworks that erupt between them. Is Quentin Hudson just a big burly Montana dude—all brawn and no brains—or is there more to this enigmatic man and his monster truck?

MY THOUGHTS:
Caitlin and Quentin had such a great story. It is really hard to overcome a broken heart but when you find the right person it defiantly makes things easier. I loved that Quentin wasn't who she would normally pick for herself. Your head and your heart don't always think the same way. I love a good happily ever after and this was defiantly that!

Feels Like Love: A Snow Valley Romance (Christmas in Snow Valley series Book 2) by: Jeanette Lewis

ABOUT THE BOOK:
Christmas in Snow Valley is the perfect way for April Winston to introduce her city slicker fiance, Scott Mecham, to life on a farm. If only Wade Hadley, hometown boy and high school sweetheart, will cooperate! But Wade has no intention of letting April go without a fight. This Christmas, he is determined to overcome their painful past and show April that she already has what she’s been seeking all along.

MY THOUGHTS:
April is a farm girl at heart and even though she moved away from farm life for a while she will always be a farm girl. So when she brings her city slicker fiancé home for Christmas they were both bound to get some surprises they didn’t count on. Everyone has a past love from their hometown. Most people don’t plan to rekindle what where there before so when April finds herself stuck between loving 2 different men there is bound to be drama! I loved reading along as she tried to figure out which path her heart would take.

Tin Foil Tiaras: A Snow Valley Romance by: Jeanette Lewis

ABOUT THE BOOK:
Cameron Elliott has come to Snow Valley to coach Annalisa Drake in the Miss Snow Valley pageant, and prove to her demanding boss that she deserves a place at the prestigious Westbrooke Agency. But Annalisa’s handsome and protective big brother, Kyle, is determined to keep his sister from becoming a reluctant beauty queen. He insists some things are more valuable than a title and as crazy as it sounds, Cameron might just believe him.

MY THOUGHTS:
I can't relate much to the beauty pageant scene because I never did it myself. I know that it is a lot of pressure on girls. I see the same thing with my daughters’ friends that dance. Glad both she and I never did either. I also liked that the Author addressed cutting. It isn't something very widely talked about and I wish it could get out more because I had a niece that had some issues with it. I think if people knew more about it maybe it could be helped or even stopped. All in all I loved this addition to snow valley!

She hopes to experience at least one kiss from her list before she becomes officially engaged and seals her fate. When she travels to Snow Valley to help her aunt recover from knee surgery, Ivy finds herself falling for Kellen Thomas, an irresistible cowboy she should avoid. By chance Kellen finds Ivy’s list, and decides to make it his mission to help her fulfill her bucket list, turning her world upside down and making Ivy want to choose her heart over duty.

Love Coming Late, Jeanette Lewis

Cynthia Eddington never thought she'd return to Snow Valley after a string of bad luck forced the sale of her beloved farm there. But here she is, about to start a new life with her children, Jackson and Anoria. Cynthia plans to focus on her career and her family; she's not looking for romance and she's definitely not looking for sexy cowboy, Colby Schroder.

Running from the Cowboy, Cami Checketts

Missy Horman escaped an abusive marriage and returns to Snow Valley to help her father deal with her emotionally disturbed mother. Volunteering to teach a youth Sunday school class seems like a good way to get out of her comfort zone—until she ends up kissing Porter Wilson in front of a bunch of teenagers. Embarrassed, and secretly thrilled, by the kiss, she writes Porter off as a playboy. But, Missy wasn't the only one affected and Porter's new mission in life is to prove that there's more to him than flirting and world-tilting kisses. He wants to show her that a true cowboy knows how to treat a lady and, if Missy can't keep her wits about her, she might just let him.

The Bet, Taylor Hart

When Destiny Morningstar gets blackmailed into spending her spring break in Snow Valley, the last thing she’s looking for is a date, especially not with Adam and Chase Moon—two attractive and athletic brothers. But soon she finds herself tangled up in a dating spree that includes a flag football game, swinging around the barn dance, and hiking to Snow Valley's romantic hot springs with the town's most eligible bachelors. At every turn she's within kissing distance of one of the delectable Moon men. When she discovers she’s been part of some bet fueled by sibling rivalry and overactive egos she has to make a decision—forgive them both or miss out on the best thing that’s ever happened to her.

Sealed with a Kiss, Kimberley Montpetit

Jessica Mason and Pastor James are struggling to make their long-distance relationship work between Snow Valley and New Orleans where Jessica dances with the local ballet company. When April Murphy, a war widow with a child, shows up in Snow Valley, James reluctantly begins to wonder if he and Jessica are really meant to be. April would make the perfect pastor’s wife and he’d have an instant family and the stability he craves. But he can’t get the spitfire Jessica out of his mind and when she returns to Snow Valley to accept an inheritance, her male ballet partner in tow, the love triangle takes on a new edge. Can Jessica and James figure out how to create a family while living in two different states—or do they allow their hearts to move on and forget the passion they once shared?

MY THOUGHTS:
Operation Kiss the Girl by:Cindy Roland Anderson

I loved this story! What a great opening to this set! We all fell in love with Kellen in the Summer in Snow Valley books so it was great to see him get his story. I loved Kellen and Ivy's story. The Instant attraction they had for each other was much like my husband and I. I thought it was awesome that Kellen, a former military man, made it his mission to give Ivy what she wanted. Isn't that how life is supposed to be.

Always striving to be there for each other and to make each other happy I any way possible. I also loved how the Author made references to Oh Come on Be Faithful by Cami Checketts because I love that book as well! Great Job Cindy I look forward to reading more from you!

Love Coming Late by: Jeanette Lewis

What a sweet story. I loved how this one was a little out of the norm. This is my take on it....This story shows that sometimes your heart wants what it wants. Even if people, the world, your family who ever see things differently only you can decide what is best for you. Sometimes you may takes some bumps to get there but in the end only happiness matters. Awesome job Jeanette loved it!

Running From the Cowboy by: Cami Checketts

Cami's books are the best! Anyone who follows my blog or reads my reviews know shes one of my favorites! Our humor is very much the same it seems and I think that is why I  relate to her books so well. I loved this story. Sometimes it is really hard to overcome a bad relationship. You definitely form in your mind what you would never want again. Missy wanted nothing to do with cowboys. When she meets Porter she wants nothing to do with him or another relationship. I love the bond they form and the relationship they have. This is a great clean romance. Great job Cami as always I loved it!

The Bet by: Taylor Hart

This story had it all. A love/hate relationship that is also a love triangle between brothers...

Destiny is struggling after tragedy in her life and the last thing she needed was a jerk like Adam. I loved this story and how it had you pulling for the one that normally wouldn't win. I love that she was able to find closure and happiness. I don't want to spoil more than I have. Trust me it's a Great book!

Sealed with a Kiss by:Kimberley Montpetit
This novella had me guessing till the end. I loved the plot twist and the decision between the 2 guys. For a while there I wasn't sure Jessica would end up with the guy I wanted her too. I'm all for a sappy love story but it's awesome to throw a twist in there once in a while. We have been following Pastor James and Jessica for awhile so it was fun to see their story finished up. Loved it! Another awesome Snow Valley Romance!

Romancing a Husband by: Lucy McConnell

I think this was my favorite story of the set. Although I am a sucker for a good romance story, I am married, and I know that everyday isn't a fairy tale for sure. This story was a good reminder that life is hard. Things come along that throw us off, things take us out of our comfort zones and they require hard work and dedication. It is also important to remember that we do need to romance our spouses. We get into a routine and we forget about all the fun of the 'honeymoon faze' when our entire focus was to bring each other happiness. It was nice to read something a little different for a change that would give us a nice kick of reality! I think we can all use a good reminder once in a while and if your relationship ever gets to a low dark place like Natalie and Eli's you won't ever forget how important even the little things are because it takes a lot of effort on both parts to bring it back to somethings great! I can totally relate! Again I loved this book it was an awesome change of pace. Great job!

The Professional Bride by: Lucy McConnell

ABOUT THE BOOK:
Amber Appleby is not the blushing bride. She makes a career out of being a wife—a business wife that is. After signing divorce papers with her third husband, Amber’s looking forward to a few months in a tropical location when Pamela, owner of a matchmaking service for the ultra wealthy, calls her into the office to ask a favor. Pamela explains that her life-long friend has passed away leaving a world-class ski resort and extensive financial holdings to his grandson, Rym, with the stipulation that he marry a BMB bride to coach him through his first year as a billionaire. Amber’s up for the assignment but Rym turns out to be a maverick—and a gorgeous one at that. Amber’s skills as a life coach are tested at every turn right along with her heart. Faced with a law suit that could wipe out the resort Rym’s grandpa built from scratch, Amber has to decide if she’ll protect her marriage or the thing Rym loves most. Marriage was much simpler when love wasn’t involved.

Early on, Pamela Jones realized she had an unusual talent for putting two people together. Over the years, she's turned it into a successful matchmaking service for the ultra wealthy: Billionaire Marriage Brokers. While she specializes in "business" marriages -- paring people off because of their skills, education, or training -- she can spot a potential love match a mile away. When Pamela has a "good feeling" about a bride and groom - a business marriage can become so much more.

MY THOUGHTS:
Marriage is such hard work it is hard to imagine making a career out of it. In this book Amber enters in to her 4th marriage. She thinks she has it all figured out but this marriage is harder work than she planned. It was fun to see where this 4th marriage was going to take her and if it was going to be her last. Love these BMB books! I have read all 3! I was excited to see there will be a 4th. It is always great to read a clean love story with out all the smut! Lucy has a way of making all her stories a lot of fun to read. Can't wait for the next one!

The Organized Bride by: Lucy McConnell

ABOUT THE BOOK:
Early on, Pamela Jones realized she had an unusual talent for putting two people together. Over the years, she's turned it into a successful matchmaking service for the ultra-wealthy: Billionaire Marriage Brokers. While she specializes in "business" marriages--paring people off because of their skills, education, or training--she can spot a potential love match a mile away. When Pamela has a "good feeling" about a bride and groom a business marriage can become so much more.

MaKayla thought taking a job as an event planner for a high-end hotel would be a wonderful lead into opening her own events business. However, a one year no-contact clause leaves her clientless if she quits. With nowhere to go, she is intrigued with Pamela's offer for a one-year contract running charities and overseeing contributions--until she finds out that to take her dream job, she also has to take Gabe...for better or worse.

MY THOUGHTS:
I am loving the BMB series. This book was just as good as the first. They aren't extremely long books because I read this one in a few hours but they totally worth it. Gabe and MaKayla both have goals for where they want their lives to go. Neither wanted marriage but when it made things easier to reach those goals they were both willing to take the plunge. Lucy has a way of making you fall in love with these characters and hope that they will see they are made for each other and fall in love. Even though it may seem like these books would disrespect what marriage is really about Lucy makes them tasteful and respectful. Even though in every book they jump into marriage with someone they have never met. To help prove that here is my favorite line from this one. "Picking up her hand, Gabe pressed his lips to MaKayla's fingers. She smiled at him, and he knew his life would be full of breathless moments!" I have to say I'm hooked and off to start the 3rd one!

Pamela Jones comes along with a proposal...and a groom! Janel hesitates, until she realizes that one year of marriage is a small price to pay to have all her dreams come true. What she doesn't realize, is that she's about to get more than she ever dreamed of.

MY THOUGHTS:
I loved this book! The concept was a little strange at first. It's kind of a mail order bride thing. Also the thoughts of marrying someone you've never even met.... But it all came together so well. Lucy did a great job at keeping the story line flowing and how they we able to form their relationship was excellent. The book had be laughing and smiling and it was a fun read! I loved Lucy's novellas in the Snow Valley sets and I can't wait to read book 2 in the BMB series it is now next on my list! It's always nice to read a good clean romance novel!
